Facilities Management

Man power: We deploy quality staff with adequate skills and experience to carryout round the clock operation of the services and systems.

Operation of Equipments: Operation of all the equipments and systems shall be carried out in such a way that the life of the system is maintained as intended, with optimum output, with energy efficiency and comfort to the end users.

Monitoring Of System / Operation

Physical Monitoring: We monitor the systems and equipments at regular intervals during the operation of the project to ensure that they are operating within the permissible limit and to trace any malfunctions.

Monitoring through Integrated Controls:Apart from physical monitoring, we monitor the performance and operations of the equipments and systems through BMS / Controls.

Equal Run Hours of Equipments:We follow “EQUAL RUN HOURS” principle during operation of the equipment to ensure even wear & tear of all equipments. Also, we shall ensure timely changeover of equipments to have control on run hours of equipments.

Logging of Data: We ensure relevant / critical temperature & pressure, etc.

Reporting of Faults: We closely monitor any malfunctions and faults, also shall ensure immediate reporting to the relevant maintenance.

Maintenance of History File: We maintain a history card for all the critical equipments. All Failure Data, History of Failures and History of Preventive & any type of reactive maintenance shall be recorded.

Support to Scheduled Maintenance: Our operation team shall ensure that the run hour’s data is adequately forwarded to Preventive Maintenance Team with PPM schedule. This will enable the preventive maintenance team to plan and execute their Preventive Maintenance Tasks.

Maintenance Plan:

We follow a maintenance schedule to minimize break downs.
We maintain and operate all the equipments exactly as per the recommendations of OEMs.
We maintain operational data log-sheets for all the equipments which contain all the important operational parameters useful for performance evaluation. It is also useful in fault analysis and predictive maintenance.
Preventive maintenance of all the equipments is meticulously planned in line with the OEMs’ recommendations to keep all the equipments efficient which leads to least possible breakdowns.
Our well trained maintenance team is equipped with all the tools and tackles to attend to the breakdown maintenance promptly with bare minimum downtime. It makes us to keep the end users always comfortable.

Also, our versatile approach to the market enables us to make all the spare parts and material available very promptly to address any kind of emergency maintenance. In all, we put all our efforts to achieve the most efficient and effective operation with the help of our stringently planned preventive maintenance, for all the equipments.
